Surface Preparation

Prepare the Surface
Using a wire brush or air blower, remove dust, oil, debris, and any sealer from the joints to ensure a clean surface for epoxy grouting tiles.

Mix Parts A and B in a suitable container and mix thoroughly with a trowel or slow-drill mixer until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Add Part-C
Slowly add Part-C powder to the mix, continuing to mix until you achieve a consistent, stiff mixture suitable for epoxy grouting for tiles.

Apply the Epoxy Grout
Using a hard rubber grout float, compact the tile epoxy grout into the joints, ensuring they are filled. Work in small areas and remove any excess grout from the surface diagonally to the grout lines.

- Resin: Hardener: Filler = 0.9: 0.35: 3.75 by weight.
